pre-race driver streategy

today i made 14 in qualifying, however my car had the same performance of the others and my driver is very good,i want to ask if is good to put "we have nothing to lose" before the qualifying and then when the race starts to put "stick to a competitive pace"

in addition to this, have you ideas of the reason of this lack of performance(14 in qualifying and 9 in race)?

I dont understand, so if you put "we have nothing to lose" before qual, and then in start of race put "stick to a competitive pace" you will get better qual result? ))

^ No.. If you put "we have nothing to lose" you will qualify faster than if you chose e.g. "hold position" , however you cant run your whole race with "we have nothing to lose" as your tyres will overheat and you'll spend 90% of the race with melted tyres and super-slow lap times
