Promotions didn't work!

Hello we had 16/32 managers in Pro tier before last race and promotions were open but the guys didn't get thru to Elite tiers!

Hi, you only had 15 players in the Pro tier before the season ended.

I'm the host of this league and I know that we had 16 drivers in that last race. We had a manager join before the qualifying had finished so that put us at 16

I don't think anybody joining after the qualifying had begun would be considered part of the league until the race was over.

I suppose since you didn't know this, I'll make an exception and have the previous winners promoted.

"Before qualifying finished" is different from "after qualifying began".

Nope, he joined before Quali STARTED. Can't see the events log?

I just took a look, though I don't have access to an events log for joining/leaving leagues, however, I can see there were 4 players promoted from Rookie, and then 'Carlos Ramirez' joined the league but wasn't permitted to be a part of the championship for the Abu Dhabi race. This explains why the promotion zone wasn't active.
