Driver comments on setup don't match ideal setup when the weather changes

Hi Guys,

Suppose i buy an ideal setup in the dry.
Suppose the weather changes to rain

Issue - The drivers last comments say that the car does not suit the conditions, but the car settings show rain values because i bought the perfect setup.

Fix - The drivers comments should always say everything is perfect, no matter what the weather does.
