did not go up in elite promotion

Hi, me and lenerossi we arrived first and second in our league. But although we had the green line for promotion, Neither was promoted. Now the championship is over is it possible to move to elite by mods? The chapioniship finish today

Unfortunately, somebody left before the start of the last race, which caused the promotion zone to be disabled.

No worries though...I'll make a special exception in this case.

I've just taken the ownership of
Campionato 2017 2018:
I 've fired inactive players from more than 89 days, but i' ve not noticed that doing that, i've disabled promo /relegations from pro at two races left to the end of the championship :
Could please help me? (enabling promotions for the first four of pro league)

A little adjustment to what i've written before:
I would like, if possible, to enable promotion from pro to elite only for the best three of them, because the manager in forth position is inactive from 77 days.

You need to have each tier 50% full in order to activate the promotion in that tier. I did exactly the same thing and messed up my pro tier for 3 seasons as I lacked the required numbers for promotions to occur.
