Profile picture doesn't change?

Not really a massive bug, but why can't I change my profile picture? I seem to be able to change my teams picture fine but my profile pic stays the same regardless of how many times I try to change it. The image I'm trying to change it to isn't over the size limit either.

Tried it at home and off my work computer - Still nothing.

Clear your browser cache (in firefox it is crtl + F5)
I see a car in you profile pic.

I reset my pic, I wait for new update
