When does it start to ra8se and how often I have drivers with 7 and 6 experience and doesn't seem to be mov8ng after 40 or so races

It should be 0.1 points per race the driver participates in, so 1 up every 10 races.

How about the Staff? Do they get 0.1 each race, too?
