Our race should start now, but the qualifying and the live race viewer is not abble. This year is the 4 time that happens.
Its becoming recurrent. An me and the managers of my league are really upset about it.

It happened to most races at 15:30 and 16:00 GMT. We are working on a solution now. Our hope is to have everything running within 10 minutes.

Our apologies for this interruption. It was caused by an update to the service which caused some key services to restart at a critical (bad) time, and prevented a bunch of races from running. We have rolled back the update and reverted to the old code and in the meantime will obviously focus on getting your races going.

The races should get going in the next 5 minutes now. All services are back online and operating as normal.

Any races which still haven't started will need to be postponed or skipped. They will be dealt with in a couple of hours once we see all the other races have gone through the system. Anyone in a league that is still stuck will get a message explaining the situation later this evening.

@Kirito - I can see that your league is one of these examples that will not run today. Our apologies.

Our race started and just finished but if I can say something, I think it's not so fair that races start all of a sudden when this problem happens, cause many of the managers log off and can't stay online waiting. More fair would be if races would be rescheduled at an exact time later in the day or just for the next day. I had many complaining about that.
