Cars exiting pits with the wrong tyres equipped is a known bug or problem and should be on the list to investigate.
With the KERS problem the description is a bit too general or vague for me to get an idea what actually happened in the race. KERS started to get used on its own? At some point (some) KERS energy vanished without KERS being active? You used KERS and after you stopped the car (looked like) to go on using KERS? Something different happened?
I used KERS and after I stopped the car (looked like) to go on using KERS...But because of the bad tyres tactics I did not fulfill the sponsor's expectations and lost money as well as bonuses. Compensation maybe ... :)
