Can't edit note

Hi! I'm trying to edit a note of mine, but it never gets editable. If I click on the pencil icon, I just get another view with the non-editable note's contents.

I could edit the note not much long ago.

Also, if I try "Create a new note", I get what looks like a textarea, but I can't get a cursor in it, and I can't write in it.

The bug happens in browsers (I use Opera). Probably related: I can't open the dropdown in the Strategy tab of Next Race. Everything works in the Android app.

I can not write any more mails in the game. I can not write league news either. And it is no longer in the strategy to adjust which push level you want. I use Chrome, Win 10.
