If you beat him regularly, he will demand to know what exact settings you are using. I don't know many F1 teams (or any racing teams, anywhere) where they would demand settings from a competitor...it would not be racing otherwise
Also, many races in the chat, where Ali El-morssy will talk about 'putting nails in front of' the cars that are beating him on that day, and will ask rival teams to do an extra pitstop, if they are beating him, as to let him win :/
