I was wondering if it made a difference in your CD if you have a good CD with 17- 20 - 17 and he is a LVL 14 and say your manager is at 18 or 19 .
Does the LVL 14 CD hurt your performance even though it is at decent attributes. Would you upgrade as your manager moves up in LVL?
Or keep your CD until you can get one much better?

For staff the attributes don't matter, except for CD the strength and weakness. Yes, a level 14 CD at level 18 is hurting your next car design and also the gains through spying (Research). In lower levels I still wouldn't upgrade my CD and TD that often because leveling happens so fast that it would be a constant money and token drain. From level 12 on it's upgrading them every level up, if I can find a CD with a decent strength/weakness set that is.

Thanks for the info, I have a LVL 15 manager and a LVL 14 CD, would you worry about trying to find a higher LVL CD now or wait till my manager hits LVL16?
