If a race is scheduled for 20:00GMT WHERE I AM LOCATED WHAT TIME DOES THE RACE TAKE PLACE WHERE EVER IT IS LOCATED IN THE WORLD. LIKE MY UP COMING RACE IS IN SINGAPORE AND IT IS SCHEDULED TO START AT 20:00GMT WHERE I AM, WHAT TIME DOES IT START THERE, FOR WEATHER FORECAST PURPOSES?
