Alternative pay method

I live in Ukraine, Pay Pal in my country even doesn't allowed to add money on Pay Pal account. Only alternative for me is to change real money to Pay Pal EU or USD, but change to GB Pound don't offer any online change store in Eastern Europe. Works couple of online stores that can pay to Pay Pal (but only in USD and Euro) but their commision is very High ((.  So I want to pay subscribe, but don't have real opportunity. Maybe dev's can make alternative pay method? For example in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Russia, Belarus etc.) best online money service is WebMoney (Webmoney.ru), service gave's opportunity to accept and change money from RU, UA money to Euro or US dollar. So if game creators make WebMoney account they can accept money from people from this countries. I know that many players not lives in Europe, USA, Australia ect and they have same problems that I have... Maybe Asia or Brazil players have their own good online money systems (and didn't have oppertunity to use Pay Pal) and write their best problem solution ))
