Hello,
I'm level 18 and it is more and more harder to find a good CD, with a "good" weakness and acceptable age...
I check the transfert list many times per day, and it is impossible to find new available CD. it is always the same bad CD, again, and again, and again...
So, how to find new and good available CD ?
Do you have any tips or advices ?

Look at different times of day.. I doubt you’ll find a great staff member, but, you may find a good one...

@Ben. At the moment 5 star CDs with good strength/weakness balance at L18 or above are very rare.
A year ago it was possible to force the game to generate new staff by buying up all of the useless CDs and then releasing them back to the market once you had found a good one. A few managers did this and as a result the market is now saturated with rubbish CDs. If you were to attempt this trick now it would be extremely time consuming and very costly in terms of tokens and game cash.

I heard something too about a "black" market and that all available CD are not in the transfert list. Do you know and experiment this ?
For the moment, I continue to check from 5 to 10 times per day in the transfert list...

You can check out some other teams CDs and when you find a good one add them to your shortlist. If the manager ever releases them (unlikely if they're really good) you will get a notification email then you can jump in and buy them for 3 tokens before they hit the market.

Finally, after many weeks of research, and, with a little bit of luck, and the help of a iGP friend, I found a correct CD.
Really, I found the same day to CD : one on transfert list (with luck) and one, not in transfert list but free, with a link given by my friend.
Next, I found an other bug. I wanted to sell with auction my previous poor CD, but I have never seen him in transfert list !!!
I tried during 2 days, but impossible to see him in the transfert list.
So, I think there is many problems with the management of free CD. Really, hundreds of CD are free and have to be in the transfert list.
