Can we have the qualification results like 30 minutes or so before race? So then we can change the strategy based on our grid position.. Like using SS tyres for aggressive start when we are in the back of the grid,  etc..

IGP has a F1 rule that you have to start with tyres that were used in qualy. And which tyres to use when pitting can be changed live. There is no reason for this change. On the opposite it'll be only worse when it's wet-dry weather.

This would also encourage more people to use harder tyres since they will be able to block other people on quicker tyres and potentially turn every race into a 1 stop.

Maybe instead of changing tyres we could change fuel level as it would not make a big difference to the game already.

I think this would ask too much of the managers for being online. I already need to be an hour online for my race, and with this this should be even longer. I don't think this would work, and like Racer said most races would end up like 1 stops. At this moment the game is good with a big aspect on strategy. Maybe you could have the option of doing qualy earlier, and having the top 10 starting on their qualy tire and the rest is free. And having the managers get the option of changing their strategy between the qualy and race, but this would make the weather a problem maybe. Potentially it would even hurt the little guys more, who will be the only one starting on Supers anymore and will fall back. The option of starting agressive on supers sounds good on paper, but it wouldn't work racing and I think this would be too hard to implement too. Let's focus first on other tracks and the SC.
