Problems with availables CD in the transfert list

Hello,

I'm level 18 and it is more and more harder to find a good CD, with a "good" weakness and acceptable age... I want to tell you my experience.

For many weeks, I checked the transfert list many times per day, and it was impossible to find new available CD. it was always the same poor and bad CD, again, and again, and again...
Finally, after many weeks of research, and, with a little bit of luck, and the help of a iGP friend, I found a correct CD.
Really, I found the same day two CD : one on the transfert list (with big luck) and one not in transfert list but free, with a link given by a friend.

Next, I found an other bug. I wanted to sell with auction my previous poor CD, but I have never seen him in transfert list !!!
I tried during 2 days, but impossible to see him in the transfert list.

So, I think there is many problems with the management of free CD. Really, hundreds of CD are free and have to be in the transfert list. But only the same and poor 3 or 4 CD are visible on the transfert list, and when we put a CD on the transfert list, he is not always visible...

There are so many staff on the market that not everybody will see the same ones, regardless of if they are the same level or not.

I don't think you can see your own staff for sale 

I have been going through the same problem as @ben DJ. I’m also at Level 18, and I hardly see any 4.5-5.0 star CDs with the right weakness. 

Why is the Staff availability list so short anyway? I count 16 CD and TD and DR, combined! 

And only a few in the list are 4.5 stars. 

Please add more good CDs in the transfer list.

longer lists would be good, its frustrating

I`m level 16 and all I get in the transfer market is rubbish... I can only imagine what it will be at higher level

The transfer list needs a serious redesign.  It has to be the worst feature in the game.  I know people who have stopped because of it and I would hope that it is in the next update

Blunion, you said nobody will see the same ones?

Do you mean that each manager will see different staff on the list, or do you mean that each manager will see different staff members and never see the same name twice?

If you are implying the second, then there is indeed a bug in the system. I constantly see the same half a dozen CD's, TD's and DR's over and over again. It's like I can only see a small percentage of the free agents on a 24 hour cycle.

And I believe this to be a separate issue but, as BenDJ pointed out, the majority of the staff you do see are useless - out of those recycled staff members I can see, I would guess less than 25% are 4.5 or 5(never seen at level 19!) stars, and of those the CD's invariably have acceleration as a weakness.

So if you had one of these ''unwanted'' CD's, and you wanted to sell them, you would pretty much be screwed?

I have a long list of shortlisted staff to try and find a cd with the right attributes when there contracts are not renewed and release onto the market. 

Some of these are above my level. I recently saw a level 18 cd on my list as "free" i.e free from contract and available. He stayed like this for two weeks before he disappeared from my shortlist. I can not find him now. 

I think the cause of this problem is partly because a lot of high level players who doesn't play this game anymore and not dumping their staff to the market.

My suggestion is to strip all the staff from players who are inactive for a few months or maybe change the contract system from number of races to number of days. I prefer the later. Too many good staff and driver that is too good to not be used because of this

@Potan Great I absolutely agree with this are probably a lot of inactive managers who are holding those good CDs. Taking back the staffs and putting them on the market would give active managers the CDs a chance to be competitive. 

Absolutely not a chance this is a good idea! If someone has became inactive but still in a league their contracts will run down as normal. If I had to take an enforced break of a few months from racing every day, leaving whatever league I am in and come back to find my staff and drivers all released I would be furious!

I think it's a good idea.  Some players haven't been on for over 6 months.  The idea of stripping is great but the timeframe needs to be set at maybe 6 months.


Better still is to be able to filter the transfer list and then we don't need this argument.  

If people want that then the transfer market needs changing and quickly.  People are and will stop playing because of this.


It would be good to get a small update to change it
