Daily limit not refreshing

Hi. I believe it is greater than 24hours since I watched ads for parts and it is still saying Ive reached my daily limit!
Not the first time i think this has happened recently.

Can you please investigate?

It seems to be back now... i will keep a eye on it if it happens again as Im going to need to build my parts back up again. 
My understanding is that these reset at a certain time (as opposed to 24 hours from reaching the limit)?

I believe it resets at 24:00 GMT, but I'll have to double check with Jack, the head of iGP.
