Hi!

A user of my league (https://igpmanager.com/app/d=profile&user=188755) is complaining that has been 2 season with car ballast and cannot be competitive within his tier: 1/3 seconds per lap slower to other cars. Wants to know why and how can remove this penalty.

I assume he has better team and car than others, but what's the solution? To fire crew up and to not develop car? Can anyone take a look at his team, car and tier and give some light to this issue?

He's upset and demotivated to keep on playing and would hate he gets out of league and game for this.

We have max levels for each tier:
Rookie is level 8
And Pro is level 14

So, ballast would be 1Kg+(exceeded level)
That guy is level 9, so 2kg of ballast.

Now, let's see the REAL PROBLEM with his team:
First, his account is level 9.
His drivers: They are levels 4 and 5. He could get better.
His CD is lvl 6 and TD is 2. So, he's not getting enough points to start a season well.

Bad car + low level drivers + small ballast = huge problems
