Hi guys my Drivers performance seems to be dropping massively between races (from 4&1/2 stars to 3) any ideas why?? Can anyone help?

are you leveling up as a manager? starsare relative to your level
edit: if I look at your team it's all fine, it's even 4 stars and half which is coerent with some of my 7 level staff and drivers (as we are of the same level too)

Additionally the stars show only the performance of staff. For drivers only their skills matter and stars only somewhat indicates how much training decreases as they approach the soft cap at team level.

You leveled up, so their stars go immediatly down because it's relative to your level.
If their performance dropped it can be you have raced them on lower energy than normal, or you had worse strategies or you have been overtaken by other managers (They bought better drivers or developed their car beter), but it isn't down to the star rating of your drivers.
