I am an (almost) level 8 manager but since I know I am going to be stuck in rookie for another season I am here wondering what could I do about my resources. I think I got the sponsors right but since the best two teams beat everyone else by a mile and I get crazy objectives (like take 2nd or better, I got one lucky win and I have no idea what does it pretend fromme at all) I keep losing like 1 mil each race. I could downgrade the suppliers but aside from that I got CD TD and DR fine and a decent young driver to aim for the championship with next season. I will concentrate on getting tokens by the sponsors and building the design centre but I am VERY low on money. Could it be worth trying my best to win or met the objective anyway during the remainder of the season to avoid more losses while waiting for a season with more hopes of competitiveness?

I just took a eye on your team and their salaries, and I don't know how you are running so very low on money. Your team is really low on wages, but what I should do is downgrade your suppliers yeah, because you won't get rpomoted and won't win anything with a third place, I hope your target goes down with it too as you'll finish lower, or you'll just stay were you are.
Then you should let the contract of your doctor run out, it's just thrown away money in most cases, atleast when you have a race each day like you and me have.
As last if I was you I should go for iRacing as first sponsor, and WTF1 as second, so you get the most money possible each race combined with tokens. This should help you getting back on a good balance.

yeah I (luckily - mostly because if I don't quickly I go bankrupt for real there) figured the sponsors thing and also suppliers I went and downgraded them -actually getting a nice boost as for performancw which is odd to be honest- and the objectives went down on the demanding side (get to 6th or better is easier, let's just say it!). And this with the drivers always in the top 6 or 7 places which makes this lowering quite odd. But yeah, I am getting back into good shape. But btw doesn't the doctor help with lowering the health needed to do trainings by each star it has compared to our level?

It helps, but it is 200k each day worth an extra training session? I have to pay 600k for it, so I don't do it. But with 200k you canmaybe go with it if you really want, yes it takes it down with 1 for each star, but that isn't worth the money in my eyes.

This is a pretty good thread, and I'd love to divulge more tips on saving cash, but I'm always caught up providing support.

I've moved this to the Help & Support forum, because this is where it'll really perform well.

Another one to help.
When you go for new drivers, try and get them from your youth academy, as they probably will earn two to three times less as drivers you buy from the transfers. And you can promote drivers with high talent, train them a little, and sell them off too when you are a little higher level too make money.
