Driver vanished from Transfer

So I found a driver in Transfer that I wanted to get, others have bidded on him, so I couldn't take him instantly, but there was 50 minutes left. I left the page open and went to do my thing. Came back 45 minutes later, there was a bit over 5 minutes left as normal. Since I've run into timeout issues on other sites in the past, thought I should reload the page just to make sure... I reloaded and the driver has disappeared. I made the mistake of not putting him on shortlist, but I still don't understand why he vanished from the Transfer list. There was 5 minutes left.

Can anybody tell me how this could happen?

If there were other staff that were purchased from the list, while you were gone for 45 minutes, what likely happened is the Transfers list refreshed while you were gone. If you had bid on him he would be added to a separate list of staff on the Transfers page so that you could easily track him.
