Where's all my tokens gone???

Hi Craig can you please explain in a bit more detail what's going on so it will be easier to try and resolve your issue.

2 races ago I had 14 tokens and about to recruit a new young driver in couple of races

I logged in yesterday... scouted... then noticed I have zero tokens.

Aaaaaand???

Hi Craig I bumped it up to Yunus when he gets a minute he will look into it please be patient and it will be resolved soon. 

By my calculations... i should be on 22 tokens now

Hi Craig, here's a break down of your token history starting from when you had 14 tokens.

15 April, 23:38 GMT: Your sponsor Red Balls paid you 2 tokens. New total: 16 tokens
16 April, 01:05 GMT: You sped up the upgrading of a facility for 15 tokens. New total: 1 token
16 April, 01:06 GMT: You scouted for a driver from the youth academy. New total: 0 tokens

Since then, you have not spent any tokens, and have been paid 2 tokens per race with 3 races completed within that time, putting you current tokens total at 6 tokens.

Are you sure nobody had unauthorized access to your account, such as a family member or friend using your phone, tablet, or computer without your knowledge?

I can assure you i would not spend 15 tokens on speeding up a facility... when my aim was to promote my young driver after the next race.

The only way this could have happened would be in error... system, or mine.

Either way... Is there a way to reverse it as i would like to get on with training my new driver.

Sorry, there is no way to reverse this fault.

If you're not able to train drivers, you have likely not selected them for training.
