Seeing that it's only occurring to our Russian players, one of our Russian mods says using a VPN did not present any problem. We're thinking Russia has a hand in this, causing a side effect from censorship related actions.

Yes, i`ve tried Tor browser and IGp works as intended. Looks like the reason is blocking Telegram app in Russia
