Our League is bugged

Our League(pronsi series) is bugged or is h¡just the game bugged, because we can't modify anything to the next race, because "we  are on a race yet" and that's all answer from the app. We can't do anything just change strategy to next race, but can't tocuh our cars, train ours drivers or anything. Can you help us?
