I was wondering...about Staff. My staff is 650K each every race..costs me like crazy. My drivers are kinda nice but costs are way lower than Staff. The differ between staff and drivers are mayor with development. Drivers need to be trained a lot, but staff doesnt change much...why is it that staff salery is raising so much while in development they are not gaining anything? I can imagen they are getting more expansive after they gain in skills a lot..but they are not.
In my opinion its a bit out of balance.
My wee trick so that staff wages never increase.
Let the contract finish and re-hire them or bring in a new one and sell the other when they have one race left.
Driver are only people you need to renew to keep wages low.
But is this wee trick actually cost effective? If you have a staff member whose wages are currently £1m, renewing the contract for 50 races will result in a 10% wage increase to £1.1m per race. So that's a hike of £100k per race or £1.5m for a 15 race contract (which is the contract length if you let it expire and re-hire)
However, re-hiring is an immediate costs of 3 tokens for a 15 race contract. To buy these 3 tokens will cost you £5m which is already £3.5m more over the same 15 races than extending the contract and I haven't even factored in the purchase price.
You'll have to do this three times because a contract extension is 50 races so overall you're going to be over £10m worse off using the wee trick.
