Offices and hospitality, what's for?

At the moment they do very little.
Hopefully down the road they will play a more important roll in the game.

Ian, do you really know what offices do?
I have a few thoughts:
1- "Raise staff morale", so if you buy a level 1 morale staff and have a level 20 Offices & Hospitality, this member will become level 20 morale (as staff levels don't matter, this won't do nothing)
2- Positive influence on pit stops: higher Offices & hospitality leads to faster pit stops. (testing is needed to confirm)
This isn't off-topic discussion, this is help and support, I think.

Gustavo's answer is correct. One thing to mention is it's been difficult to determine what impact the Offices and Hospitality facility provides.
