Missing driver on qualify list

I have done my practice laps with both my drivers, but only one is showing up on
qualifying. This is the second time this has happened.
He is missing from the race as  well.
First time the problem happened was with the German GP where my driver N. Roberts was missing from qualifying after doing the practice laps and started 32nd in the race, but there is only 8 drivers in the league this season.
But N. Roberts was missing from the Qualify and the race this time. Practice laps have been done for every race.

I am going to try and swap the drivers around to see if it cures the problem.
