Has there been an update

Hi great game love playing it and tried to support you guys by buying a lot of tokens 
2 things recently 1 is connection not showing the qualifying times 
And the other is tyres with 2 similar cars the hard tyres are either outpacing or the same time as softs is this something that you guys have out in or is it normal

It is possible, hards tyres are really fast in hot tempartures, and softs slow in really hot temps, the faster guys can outpace the normal guys on hards versus softs in these circumstances.

Can you explain your first one?

Ye same thing happened today the qualifiers didn't display and I struggled to join the race managed to get in on lap 2 yesterday it displayed the race had finished and took ages to load up 
On the previous discussion I agree with the wear of the tyre in high temps but you should still get a speed difference between the tyres this isn't the case even on fresh super softs the hard tyres are posting the same times if not better the cars are closely matched aswell

It's normal it takes some time to see the qualifiers, as the qualy will only get posted after two minutes, when the cars have qualified, so in the first two minutes there isn't a post of qualy yet under qualifying.
For the tyres I think you have raced in extremely hot temps then, I have had the same in Malaysia, that was because it was at the end of the race, and the temps were above 35c°.
If I was you I should try what Gustavo says, maybe it can be your wifi too.

I thought that at first my Wi-Fi but others in the league are getting the same issue
