I do enjoy this game but 1 race per day can be a little dull. How about multiple teams with independent drivers and staff?

Plenty of people on here talk about having second/third/fourth/fifth accounts. Just create a new one with a different email address and start from scratch with that team.

Having multiple teams under one parent manager account wouldn't really work as everything for your team depends on manager level throughout this game.
