Raining and i can use 5/5 push with out over heat tyres?

The tyres will still need managing the same as at any other track. Sometimes you can push harder, sometimes you can't, but no tyres will allow full push without getting  hot, unless you have slicks on a wet track.

What track/race? since the only race running just now where its raining [I'm the only person in the race] and your race yesterday was dry

Its fine, he PM'd me, it was a question, and i said no, will probably heat as normal depending on the track
