Designer Boss evaluation problem level 15.

The chief designer level 15 (my current level) is appearing with 4.5 stars, when in fact it should appear with 5 stars.
is so disproportional, which my doctor is level 14 and has 4.5 stars, my technical director is level 12 and has 4 stars.

So when does a chief designer appear with 5 stars so I can buy 16.

Search power is calculated taking your manage level and CD+TD stars.

It doesn't matter having 100% in every parts.
