Hi, there.
I have a good pilot at 33 years of age and I don't know if he will disappear when he retires or what will happen.
That's why I want to know if he's going to warn you before he does it.
That's all there is to it.
A greeting

In my experience drivers and staff announce their retirement when you renew their contract. So you're stuck with the person for 50 races, you can't sell them and if you want to sack them you have to pay the fees for the races that remain in their contract.
This is not too bad for drivers, especially if they are performing well but for low level teams, if the CD announces retirement it's a disaster.

Hi Acerboa
Kevin is correct they will let you know they are retiring at the end of their contract when you re-sign them. Which can be a good and a bad thing.
