I received the following mail from a member of the Horizon League today

Hi Phil, Sorry to bother you I lost 5 tokens in and bid that got stopped in a moment and no buttons worked till I get out from there and realized that I lost the bidding and the tokens 
Please, try to fix it for the future

Hi Phil, in the future, if any player contacts you requesting for help, please direct them to post on the forum themselves.

I've sent Jimmy back the 5 tokens and have noted the problem for developers to examine.
