I have a problem following the race on the computer. Both using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge the race crashes and I have to reload it.
This happens more and more often, and at least three times during the race. Furthermore, after every update of Windows 10 the situation gets worse. System errors are created that require you to restart the computer. Is there a solution to remedy this annoying situation?
Thanks in advance

I don't know much about this issue, but maybe you can try clearing your cache and try the game in a lower quality.

Hi Marco, I have some questions.

1. "Crash" can mean different things. What do you see when the race crashes? Does it freeze, does the browser close, is there an error message?
2. When was the first time you remember this started happening?
3. Is your version of Windows 10 32-bit or 64-bit?
4. What CPU does your computer have?
5. How much RAM does your computer have?
6. If your computer has a graphics card installed, what kind of graphics card is it?
7. Do you play any other games on your computer? Has their performance been affected recently?

Hi Yunus,
thanks for your questions.

1. during the race the computer freezes the image and the only thing you can do it is to exit and to reload the game and return to the race. Important minutes pass and the pilots consume the kers.

2. It all started after a long update of Windows 10 in December or January. But then these freezes happened rarely and no more than once per race. Over time they have increased in the number of races and in the times for each race. In the last championship the freezing took place in Monaco, Germany and Europe. Three times in Monaco and four in the other two races. Before Monaco there was another long update of Windows 10. On the occasion of the grand prix Europe has blocked the whole system and came out a writing in which it said that the computer had a critical error and had to solve it and then restart it with automatic communication to Microsoft.

3.Windows 10 64-bit

4. My Lap Top is an Asus N73S year 2011. The CPU is Intelcore i7 2630QM 2.0GHz

5. Memory 6GB  HDD 5000+500GB

6. NVIDIA GEOFORCE GT 540M CUDA 1 GB

7. No, I only play this game and for the rest I use this lap top for my job, and I don't have any kind of problem. The laptop is always efficient in its performance.
I delete the chronology every time before playing.

I hope I have been exhaustive and I apologize for my English.
I 'm looking forward for your answer

Can you try playing the game on Firefox? In my experience Firefox has been the best browser in loading the race.

When you are playing the game does the laptop's exhaust fan speed up?

I have a laptop with the i7-3630QM (one gen newer) and a 630M GPU and it is able to play the race at an okay frame rate. I'm concerned something in your laptop's hardware may be an issue.

Can you also make sure the laptop is in high performance mode when using it? This will ensure the CPU is able to turbo boost. I also hope the exhaust fan and heat sink isn't clogged with dust.

Dear Yunus,

thanks for your advices. I hadn't any problems in the last four days using Googlechrome.

Usually, I use software very heavy BIM and 3D modelling and rendering engine without problems.

I will see in the next days. However, thanks again for your support

Hi Marco, I'm following up to see if you are still experiencing the issue. I had an idea where you could try to use a 'beta' version of the race viewer.
