Headquarters Bug

My manager level is currently 5 and I would like to invest in the Technology building since I am level 5, but every time I click on it, nothing pops up. This is very problematic as this does not allow my team and my drivers to utilize the KERS system and puts my team at a disadvantage for promotion or podiums. Any resolutions to this problem?

Hi Christian, if you have a facility that hasn't been built yet, you won't be able to open it until the current facility being upgrade is complete.
