No change appears if the selected training area is completed.
There are 4 training options.
All - works on random Attributes.
Driving Ability - works only on Fast & Slow corners & Defending & Attacking Attributes.
Mental - works only on Composure & Focus & Morale & Knowledge Attributes.
Physical - works only on Stamina & Weight Attributes.
It's best to select one of the 3 areas instead of using All to remove the chance of getting No Change but that's my opinion.
5 red stars slows training down because the driver is above the manager level. It may look like it's doing nothing but you are getting 4% progress with every click of the train button.
