This is normal Stratek, every manager has this and has to deal with it, I know it maybe looks unfair, but it's to stop people from league hopping all over the time, just to win so many champs as possible and money.
You'll get a good car next season, and if you do your research well you can be competitive in Valencia I expierenced. A championship will maybe be hard, but it's still possible I have expierenced.
