YA driver nationality change

Hi, I'm Spanish but my manager is Icelandic. The thing is I can't recall if I changed his nationality or if I chose Icelandic from the start. Since I got a Spanish driver from my youth academy, if I change his nationality to Icelandic could I get the 5 tokens back?
I would like to know before doing it, just in case.
