Fuel Bug

At my race, i had these settings foir the race:

Stint 1 - 49L fuel
Stint 2 - 54L fuel

what I really had was the folliowing:
Stint 1 - 45.2L
Stint 2 - 50.4L 

Because of this I had lack of fuel for the entire race, do more people have this problem?

Yeh, screenshots if possible, are you sure the fuel shown wasnt the completed lap after you pitted [since its roughly 3.8l a lap]

49l - 12 laps
54l - 14 laps

leaves you 2 laps short on fuel (which is what you were), and 45.2/50.4 would have left you 4 laps short

They show the values at the end of the lap, not the start. At the end of lap 1 you had used 3.8L of fuel. 49L - 3.8L = 45.2. Same thing for the other stop.

If you mean your Technical Director than this might be correct. A better TD will help you with your fuel consumption but he might calculate more than you need and also he could calculate less than you need.

Yeah, i mean my TD, sorry just new to the game :P
problem is in my TD then, she calculated 3.5L a lap, but on average it's 3.7/3.8L a lap.

Then you have a TD which calculates less fuel than you need in every race.
The TD is helpful in the first season, after that you can fire him and load the setup from past season and know how much fuel you need.

can i just say, if you had driver on one of the push hards they drink their fuel more than calculations. I think TDs calculate at be consistent

That's true Lachlan but also this calculation might be wrong. The TD can calculate more or less than you'll need.

I thought I had my settings at Hold position, wasn't there live. Think it was just a miscalculation
