female pilot, have more advantage than man? Why the weight be lower?

Woman can have a little advantage, but it isn't a big one. If you have two drivers, one male and one female, noth level 20 and maxed out on everything, I think sometimes the woman will be faster, sometimes the man. There is like some unknown stat like form, I think that (and luck of the driver like qualy, drs, etc) will be making the difference, not the 4 kg.
