Greetings, I am opting to give more suggestions about adding more Sponsorship involvement, More sponsors in general, more availability of suppliers, introduction of Suppliers who provide Hardware and Technological equipment and to add Engine and Technological Suppliers to the Livery.

Increased Sponsor Involvement
Each team in Formula One has a major sponsor, primary added to the team name, examples given: (Bolden for Title Sponsor, and Underlined for Engine Manufacture)
Vodaphone McLaren Mercedes
Red Bull Racing (Renault)
Scuderia Ferarri (used to be Malbaro as a title sponsor)
Lotus F1 Team (Renault)
Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team

and so on. My team is currently Lyons GP and I have the following Sponsors; Intel Inside, Magnetti Marelli, O2 and Kingfisher. Currently my title Sponsor would be O2. Also in Formula one, each team has several Sponsors which include smaller business, large Sponsors and title sponsors. McLaren currently has 29 Sponsors, which would be a bit extreme currently and perhaps would be scaled back a bit to a template I would suggest Below. Using a Mclaren team  as an example to create a template.

Team Name: Vodafone Mclaren Mercedes
Constructor: McLaren
Engine Supplier: Mercedes AMG
Title Sponsor: Vodaphone
Major Sponsors: Santandar, Lucozade
Minor Sponsors: Johnnie Walker, Boss, Aon, Kenwood

Team name, Constructor and Engine Supplier is obviously where they stand, Sponsor breakdown would consist of their income rate.

A title sponsor would bracket in about 4-6 Million.
A Major Sponsor would bracket in about 1-2.5 Million.
A Minor Sponsor would bracket in 0.7 to 1mil

The number of sponsors slots available will expand over time, starting a level 1, you can have a Major Sponsor, and 2 Minor Sponsors, giving the new players a limiting factor of income. Level breakdown will suggest sponsor income:

1- 1 Major Sponsor, 2 Minor Sponsor
2- 1 additional Minor Sponsor
4- 1 Additional Major Sponsor
7- Title Sponsor
8- 1 additional Minor Sponsor
10 - 1 additional Minor Sponsor
12 - 1 Additional Minor Sponsor
16 - 1 additional Major Sponsor
20 - 1 additional Minor Sponsor

In Total a Level 20 Team would have 1 Title Sponsor, 3 Major Sponsors, and 6 Minor Sponsors, earning between $11.2 Million to $19.5 depending on their relationships and reputation with their successes, and your sponsors Financial Levels.

Additional Sponsors and Suppliers
I've already submitted several sponsors and Suppliers which can be added which can be found here.

Technological and Hardware Suppliers
Onboard a formula one car, there are many systems at work that control the car's electronics including Traction Control, Telemetry (Tyre Pressure, Fuel Levels, Thermal Levels) as well as the team's computers and communications to the driver aswell as the efficency of information on the weather and the car's telemetry.
Generally most of the suppliers suitable for the hardware would be Computer Manufactures and Software Producers which could provide information on a car itself. This can also be spread into Design and Manufacturing which produces the durability and performance of new car pieces and increase the detail in the design process and tests of new systems.

Suppliers to Livery
As there will be loads of new suppliers and sponsors to add to the car, it would be ideal to place them on the car.

Title Sponsor - Side Pods
Major Sponsor1 - Rear Wing
Major Sponsor2 - Front Wing
Major Sponsor3 - Side Nose
Engine Supplier - Nose Tip
Fuel Supplier - Front nose, behind Engine Supplier.
Technology Supplier - Foward of Engine Cover
Minor Sponsors1 - Leftside Between Fuel and Racing Number.
Minor Sponsors2 - Rightside Between Fuel and Racing Number.
Minor Sponsors3 -Top-side of Both Sidepods
Minor Sponsors4 - Infront of Television Camera on Engine Cover
Minor Sponsors5 - Sides of the Front Wing
Minor Sponsors6 - Sides of the Rear Wing

And finally two more to add.
Team Name: Front Wing Endplates, Between Cockpit and Racing Number and Under the Technological Supplier on the Engine Cover.
Driver Name: Side edges of the Cockpit.

Hope this interests the devs and thank you for reading.

If I was good at photoshop, I would give a graphical representation for the Suppliers and Sponsor locations to the livery.

Just to weigh in here, not every team has a title sponsor, in fact most do not. Red Bull is not a title sponsor, it owns the team. Infiniti are in fact Red Bull's title sponsor, but they do not add it in the name.

Williams, Sauber, HRT, Caterham are all examples of teams without title sponsors, and that is without going into the numerous teams that haven't had title sponsors in the past. Plus, not every team is going to want to change the name of their team for some extra cash, I know I wouldn't.

Possibly the biggest flaw with this system currently, is that it is too easy to accumulate money as it is, and with this system in place, I would gain 272,000,000 from this season alone, which is a bit pointless, considering I would have nothing to spend it on.

I can see that you've put a lot of time and effort into this, and it's a nice idea, but I think the whole commercial department is rendered useless until such a time when money becomes more of an issue lol.

Oh, and one final thing - it's Vodafone, not Vodaphone :P

Yes I agree with Jamie in that the making money aspect of the game is less important than what we can spend the money on.

Yeah my bad on some parts, but then we need to add more ways to spend money, this would just simply allow more additions to the game.

Facility Costs for example could be added to maintain facilities, upgrading all of these facilities would increase their performance and maintenance costs etc. I'm sure it will be impossible to pay $1.25mil ($7.5mil) to each driver and staff at Level 20 (Theoretically and still make profit each race. Although I do make over $8mil currently, I wouldn't feel I could manage those costs. But we never know, this time next year, more quests will be answered and even more questions will be asked.
