I can not install new engine? Why?

Whats does it say on screen?
e.g. You have 16 engines available, with a restock due in 14 races

if you have 0 engines, then you obviously can't refit

Could also be down to lack of cash, or not having an engine supplier

After checking your account I can see that you have 0 engine stock remaining. So, in a nutshell, what David said.
