Guys I'm really annoyed with a manager. He is kicking my ass all the time.

1- I have better driver
2- His design points are no better then my design points
3- I never overheat my tyres
4- I never use my KERS stupidly
5- I always try to get a DRS
6- Our manager levels are the same
7- My headquarters are topped at level17
8- I use new sponser efficiently ( in my opinion)
9- Our strategies are almost the same.

HOWEVER, not only he always wins, he destroys me. He even puts a gap of at least 10 minutes before the first stint.
Is there anything I'm missing, or are there any other tricks that I don't know yet ?

Please help me or this will cost me a LAPTOP.

Thank you.

Sacrifice that laptop. It makes you 1 second faster per lap. >:D

Do you:
1. Change engines every race?
2. Manage push levels effectively?
3. Have a tyre/fuel strategy that works well for the track and conditions?
4. Have a worse qualy position than your rival?
5. Get less DRS from backmarkers than your rival?
6. Find yourself always at less KERS than your rival?
7. Find yourself in too many situations battling or wasting KERS?
8. Find your tactics unable to give you an advantage or beaten by the tactics of your rivals?

There are lots of factors that determine your performance in a race. One race you may be winning, another race you may be behind, and that's why if you want to really understand your performance you have to review your race. Think back on what you did, what your opponents did, and what could be done differently.

So I cannot answer your question because I don't know how your races played out. Timings don't mean anything unless we have context, context only you know of.

I don't know what you are complaining about. It 197 to 203 and you've won races, especially as of the past few races. When YOU win, it's been by 20+ seconds, when they win, at least in last few races, it's by a couple seconds.
