Delayed Support Times

Howdy everybody, sorry I've been missing for so long.

This is a heads up that at least for the next 3 weeks, wait times for support via the forum will be very lengthy.

Certain posts will receive a higher level of priority based on how and what is impacted.

Other posts that don't yet have a response will definitely have a response as time allows. Bumping a post may affect how soon I am able to respond, so please only bump posts once every few days.

This also applies to e-mails sent to iGP Manager via support@igpgames.com.

Apologies for any inconveniences and I'll be sure to make good on everything as best as possible.

Good that you're back! Are you guys working on ads system? It's a shame it isnt wotking again. Can't get free parts for weeks now and what worked earlier (using VPN) is not working now. So if you could send me some parts that would be nice! Thnx! Keep up the good work!

Hey Daniel, fixing the ads system is currently on hold. 

I'll be responding to the requests in the thread regarding free parts within several hours time hopefully. If not in the next few hours, it'll definitely be taken care of sometime through part of Saturday.

It would be easier for everyone to get more parts from the buiding than write posts about it until you fixing it. If we cant watch videos then there is no income for you at all and you lose a lot of players... i think. But its just an idea
