Training Facility

is it working? it helpfull in any way?
I have facility at level 7 it sais that training is 35% faster...??
i cant see that!

if you reach "red stars: your drivers will train by 3.. so if its 135% in case it shoul be 4 and it is not!

Once the driver goes red stars no matter how efficient training facility it will be limited to 3% only. Higher training efficiency helps when drivers are not red stars but yellow starts.
