Still having problems with setups not saving. I'm so paranoid about it now (because it's happened a few times to me and my friends) that I always log out and log back in multiple times to triple check that it has saved.

Just did my setup for tomorrows race. Five stops softs @ Spain, with my setup all dialed in, clicked save (and the button went from green to grey as it should) and logged out.

Logged back in two minutes later, only to find that it had reset itself to default once again.

Now it's not really a problem because my practice runs tell me what my setup was, so I can dial it back in easy enough, but it's still a pain having to do this.

wot i tend to do if this happens is go to assembly and click a part to refit then remove it that brings up the save all. it a quick fix for ya till a dev can give you a better answer

I know the problem you're talking about (i've had that before) but this isn't the problem I'm having.

The setup button was still green. I clicked it, and it saved fine (apparently)

Upon logging out and then logging back in, my setups had reverted back to default, but my parts refittings are still ticked correctly. It's like it's only half saving.

no but if you do what Norrie said the date should go in twice.

I don't understand what you guys are saying.

If you're thinking i'm only saving my setup once, then that is not the case.

I dial one driver in. Click save. Dial the other driver in. Click save. Dial in my refitting parts. Click save. I then head over to the design section, and move around my designers to release new parts daily. Click save. I'm constantly saving data as I go. I don't just do it all and then save it once only at the end.

This is a bug, I saved everything multiple times before I logged out. I'm not the first person to have this problem. The other day a friend of mine (in our two car league) had a similar problem, except his only reverted back for one of his drivers. One was on the correct strategy and the other reverted to default.

I'm investigating issues in this area now, to stop the button from greying out on test runs. It's somewhat of a mystery at the moment why this has started happening out of nowhere. I'm stepping through the code to see if anything jumps out.

I suspect your issues will be resolved by this evening if I can fix this today.

The same sort of thing happens with me. Usually the problem is sorted by refreshing the page, or dialing it back in after reviewing the test runs.

Not saving to me too, but I do one tweak up and then down to a part and voila ! I can save.

I know how to stop this from happening, but don't yet know why it is happening. So I've applied a temporary fix to stop it for now, but not knowing why it is happening is very frustrating!

Just thought I'd add to this that after doing my test runs today on one of my drivers, it wouldn't let me save. The 'save all' button was green, but I couldn't press it, so I refreshed the page, it logged me out, and when I logged back in, my test runs on that driver hadn't been completed, and I only had 2 test runs left, meaning I couldn't maximise my setup.

In hinds sight, I probably should have written down the setup just in case, but alas, I didn't and has screwed me over :P
