I bought a new TD but when I tried to sell the old one (60 years old) I couldn't, I can only sack him, so I have to pay... 37,3 millions.

Is this some kind of bug or something? There is some way to solve this ridiculous thing?

Hi Vladimir, this isn't a bug, your old TD is going to retire, which is why you have to pay the entire cost of the contract.

I'd like to see this changed as I'm not quite sure why it is this way.
