Finance and car design bug

On and off i'm getting double car design points, wich is great, but also my finances are bein drained because everything gets deducted double aswell. My teamname is Fabulous F1 and my league is the Holland Heineken Cup. Thanks in advance for your help.

Fuel and tyre costs are charged twice per race.
Is that normal?
This is happening since the beginning of the season, and no one is able to give me an answer.
