Hi has anyone ever been promoted from pro to elite and started to compete within the first season
This league is a very competitive league with most teams level 17 to 19
Not only this win races in the second season and compete for the championship

In the first season it is extremely hard, but not impossible, with a league as good as yours I have got no expierence, but I expect it isnt impossible, only the championship will be a little bit too hard, it will always take some time, I suspect if a team is really good and knows what he is doing Turkey, but atleast Valencia, it will take some races anyway to catch up as your start with a car made for Pro and thye with one for Elite.

Ye that's what I thought this ain't a league you come in to and score points easily and to come in in the first season and score over 40 points raised a suspicion but then to challenge for the championship in only the second season
Its not possible

While there may be differences due to manager lvl, this game doesn't have too drastic a performance difference between manager levels (especially once your tech levels are 15 and above). Also, since car design is reset at the beginning, everyone basically starts on even ground save for manager levels. Managers who are more knowledgeable about the game and happen to be more skilled relative to their competition will easily overcome manager level deficits, so it's not unusual that someone can challenge for victory in Elite even in their first season once they've caught up with car design.

Even in the game's best leagues, managers have come into Elite and managed to win races in their first or second season. Some managers can do this even with relatively low level manager level (think lvl 15, 16). Nothing unusual with seeing them challenging for the championship too.

I just haven't met these guys I think ;-), but some are really close.

The team being referred to here got their win in Monaco which in my experience is definitely a circuit where good race tactics pay dividends.
