Live Race Problem

Good morning to all
In my league (17388) same manager and I, have a problem to enter in the Live Race. In my case we have an other problem.
I can't see the qualification
For the Live Race problem, when i click on the button "Go to the race" I have these problem
1. At the first click on the button, I have a "loop loading" 
2. At the second click on the button, after loading I see "the race was end"
3. At the third click i can access to the race (but the race has already started for 2/3 minutes)

I have clean all cache and old file from my computer and smartphone, but I have always the same problem.
This problem is presented by the famous "down" of the server, where the races did not start at all IGP.
Also, I don't know if it could affect, we changed the time of the races from 20.30 to 21.00.
Could you help us?

Hi Daniele, did you have the problem on wi-fi or did you also experience the issue on mobile data as well?

I've always use it but now I have this problem

Okay. Can you load the next race on the app using mobile data and compare the quality between the performance on your computer using wi-fi? This may help identify some possible causes.
